Quality
Our merchandisers and QC inspectors are selected for their technical expertise and experience.
Before starting production, we conduct a pre-production meeting with the factory production manager to make sure that all your requirements, specifications and criteria are being taken into account and implemented properly.
During the production process, we implement various sampling requirements and procedures:
a. Fit samples, Lab dips, Strike Offs, Embroideries, Labels etc.
b. Size set samples.
c. Pre-production samples which are made in fabric from the bulk production lot and submitted including prints/embroideries, accessories, trims and labels as specified in the order sheet. These samples will be also used to conduct laboratory tests, if required. Bulk fabric cutting is only authorized upon approval of pre-production samples and laboratory tests.
d. Shipment samples: samples are taken out from the bulk production and presented in the final packing presentation to get the approval for shipment.
The quality inspections are usually performed according to AQL standards, but we also perform quality inspections as per your instructions and according to our expertise and long experience.
